Diana de Avila
Diana de Avila is a self-taught multidisciplinary digital artist and polymath based in Sarasota, Florida. Since beginning her artistic journey in 2017, she has created more than 2,000 works inspired by fractal geometry, quantum physics, chaos theory, mathematics, and the idea of divine order.
Her distinctive visual language emerged following neurological changes associated with acquired savant syndrome and synesthesia after multiple sclerosis and a traumatic brain injury. These experiences transformed the way she perceives color, form, and pattern, fueling an intense creative practice that brings science and art together.
As part of the Techspressionism movement, De Avila works across digital art, augmented reality, multimedia, and motion-based installations. Her work has appeared in public and commercial environments, including Reagan National Airport, corporate spaces, aviation and financial settings, murals, and nonprofit projects.
Through vibrant patterns, complex geometry, and immersive digital compositions, Diana de Avila creates contemporary art that explores the extraordinary connections between mathematics, technology, perception, and the human mind.
